I was really jolted by the answer given by MPS President as reported in thestar.com.my on the new Rawang bus terminal. Instead of providing alternative solution/s to ease the current situation he prefers to say something that shows his ignorance on the cause of the issue.
It was a ridiculous answer since the terminal was planned for opening a year ago as reported. Don’t tell me that after a year there is still no solution or at least an alternative to the problem. Again the rakyat is taken for a ride.
Read his comment below (in red) which I quoted from thestar.com.my and judge for yourself.
The building has six bus parking bays but none are used by the bus operators and only small businesses have occupied the bus terminal selling titbits, drinks and clothes.
When interviewed, MPS president Datuk Zainal Abidin Azim said that he was also not sure what to do about the situation.
“The developer was more interested in building shops for businesses instead of worrying about how the buses and taxis would be able to cope with the high traffic volume.
“The developer also did not think about how it would affect commuters.
“This is the reason that buses had to park along the road instead of inside the terminal,” he said.

Even with world class engineers and quality control in place Toyota seems to failed in this area – it might be an overlooked factor which not only had caused Toyota billions of dollars down the drain but also its world class reputation. No need to read “The Toyota Way’. Anyway it’s up to you to judge.
Toyota to replace gas pedals on 4 million vehicles
WASHINGTON (AP): Toyota plans to replace the gas pedals on 4 million vehicles in the United States because the pedals can get stuck in the floor mats and cause sudden acceleration, a flaw that led to the sixth-largest recall ever in the U.S.
The repairs are a critical step to restoring the reputation of the world’s biggest automaker, which suffered a blow when the recall was announced in September after years of making safe, reliable cars and trucks.

So far our government said this is not a pendemic and it is under control. UiTM colleges closed, schools closed plus three deaths in a week due to H1N1… is it still not alarming enough to move the entire health machinery to circumvent this deadly flu from spreading to whole Malaysia.
Ahhh… the always Malaysia Boleh slogan and now 1Malaysia just rhetoric without substance … purely sh**!
Extract from thestar.com.my:
Dad: I thought it was just flu
MALACCA: Ramli Abdul Aziz thought his daughter was suffering from the common flu, especially since she had caught it from her brother who had recovered from a bout of flu.
Yesterday, the 45-year-old was still in grief and shock after the death of his daughter.
She was the country’s fourth A (H1N1) fatality.
“I thought that she had a normal flu and did not think that it would lead to her death.
“If I had known that her illness was this serious, maybe there would still have been a chance for her to live after treatment,” he said of Nur Syazwana Ramli, 20, who passed away on Tuesday <Continue reading>

I don’t know whether this particular news is a sad one or funny. Just image if your wife request that you divore her just because you always wanted your house to be clean and tidy. I copy and paste the news from metro.co.uk verbatim.
“Many women despair that their husband never helps with the housework. But a German woman has divorced her husband because she was fed up with him cleaning all the time.
German media have reported the wife got through 15 years of marriage putting up with the man’s penchant for doing household chores, tidying up and rearranging the furniture.
But she ran out of patience when he knocked down and rebuilt a wall at their home when it got dirty, Christian Kropp, court judge in the central town of Sondershausen, said on Thursday.
‘I’d never had anyone seek a divorce for this,’ he said. “
Can petty issue like this break marriage couples in our country? What do you think?
